What's On

We had a wonderful community feel at all our Christmas Services and events and some of our lovely Mums and children did Carol Singing to raise funds for the life and ministry of our Church.
We’re resisting saying goodbye to the lights and greenery of Christmas and have kept a bit of our tree! It’s being used to explore how we can help build the Kingdom of God and make 2019 a time when we try and show more compassion, forgiveness and kindness to those we meet.

This year looks to be a time of change too, as we say a sad goodbye to Alex, Fil and their gorgeous dog Jack who, through various ways have all been a special part of Holy Trinity. March sees us looking forward to meeting Reverend Simon Archer and his wife Jane and welcoming them as part of the community - we’ll get the kettle on and bake some biscuits!  Here’s to a wonderful New Year.





Team Service at Holy Trinity, Trimply

Team Service will be held on 25th August at 11.00am to share Worship and Fellowship.

Afternoon Tea, Saturday 7th September 2pm start. A chance to enjoy refreshment and discuss plans for improving facilities at Holy Trinity. Come and join us!

St Peter's, Cookley
Little Stars  fortnightly from 10th August, Saturday's 11.30am - 1.00pm
for babies and children up to 3 years old, accompanied by a parent. In church, unless the church already booked for an event.

Bible Lyte, commencing 29th June, every Saturday 10.00am - 11.00am in The Lady Chapel.

Village Festival As part of the event on 1st September, enjoy Afternoon Tea on the lawn. From 2pm.

Cookley Brides Exhibition from 29th August to 2nd September in Church.

Harvest Supper In Village Hall Friday 11th October at 6.30pm

Harvest Festival Sunday 13th October. Items will be donated to the Food Bank.
All Together as Kingdom People

Saturday 28th September at the Cathedral and venues nearby. A day of encouraging and developing each of us to grow personally and as a community. Worship, talks and workshops. If you are interested more details are available on the notice boards in our seven churches.
St John's, Wolverley

A Flower and Craft Festival will be held in Church from 20th to 22nd September. Come and enjoy!

St Barnabas, Franche

Prayer Group

Explore ideas regarding prayer and different ways of praying. To be held Sunday evenings 6.30pm for approx. 1 hour - unless there is another evening service in the Team. The first four meetings will be 22nd Sept., 29th Sept., 13th Oct., and 20th Oct. No meeting on 6th Oct. when there will be a Praise Service at Trinity Methodist. For more information speak to Jane Twigg or Wendy Clent.

Morning Prayer

To be held in the Whittall Chapel starting at 8.45am, Monday to Friday. A calm time of prayer (20 mins duration).

Get Together Coffee Morning , Thursday 10th October, at Clent Nursery. Come and join us for refreshments and a chat.
